Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber sends its warmest regards to you and informs you of receiving a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union numbered (45103686) dated (11/8/1445 AH). This letter refers to a letter from the General Authority of Transport numbered (4435/45/1) dated (26/7/1445 AH) regarding paragraph (seventeen) of Article (thirty) of the regulations governing the specialized transport activity, bus rental, and guidance. It states that "the driver working with the licensed entity must adhere to wearing the national uniform or the uniform approved by the Authority."
Referring to the decision of His Excellency the Acting President of the General Authority of Transport numbered (84/45/1) dated (29/7/1445 AH) approving the uniform for bus drivers in specialized transport activities, bus rental, guidance, educational transport, and international transport. This document has been published in official newspapers and official communication channels of the Authority on (14/7/1445 AH) corresponding to (26/1/2024 AD), and it will come into effect starting from (16/10/1445 AH) corresponding to (25/4/2024 AD).
